    30-Day Refund Policy

    Aenro™ has a 30-day refund policy, which means you have a grand total of 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. You must contact service@aenromade.com in order to process your refund. 

    To be eligible for a refund, you must provide images/other proof that the item is bad quality or doesn't fit your car. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of your purchase. 

    To start a refund, you can contact us at service@aenromade.com. If your refund is accepted, we will process your refund, and your money will be refunded to your original payment method after 48 business hours.

    Product Damages & Issues 

    Once you receive your item we request that you inspect it and ensure it is not defective or broken. If your item is broken or defective we will ensure that you are taken care of and that you get what you have paid for. Please make sure you contact us at service@aenromade.com.

    Exchanges 

    When we send you the wrong variant of the products or you want to get an exchange instead of a refund, please contact our customer service email service@aenromade.com to confirm the exchange.

    What Refund We Do Not Accept?

    We are already working on your order but haven't sent the goods to you, we can't fully refund but we will give you 70% refund.

    When we have finished making your order and dispatched the goods, we do not accept refunds, non-negotiable, unless it is a problem of quality or inability to fit your car.
